  • Eligibility
    • Full time associates working an average of 30 or more hours a week are eligible for benefits.  Benefits begin on the 1st of the month following 90 days of service.  You can enroll your eligible dependents as well. 
       
  • Team Member Referral Program
    • We reward our team members for referring qualified candidates for employment.  This is a great opportunity for our team members to earn prizes, as well as help to ensure that all of our team members are committed to success. 
       
  • Medical Plans
    • We know that benefits are important to you and your family, and are part of the total Team Member package.  Graves Hotels.Resorts offers medical plan options for our team members.  Our team members are able to make the right choice for themselves and their families.  All of our plans offer similar services including doctor’s office visits, hospital care, maternity care, wellness care, discounts on gym memberships and prescription coverage.  The plans differ in the team member contribution, and the out of pocket expenses.
       
  • Dental Plans
    • We offer dental coverage to our team members and their dependents.  The care is typical of most benefit plans, and including preventative care, routine cleanings, and coverage for most dental services.  The cost varies depending on the plan, and the choices our team members make in coverage for self or family.
       
  • Life Insurance
    • Graves Hotels.Resorts provides life insurance at no cost to up to our associates, with the policy varying based on position.   Team Members also have the option to purchase additional life insurance.
       
  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
    • AD&D is also a no cost benefit, provided by the Company. Team members also have the option to purchase additional AD&D coverage.
       
  • Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability
    • The Company provides both Short Term and Long Term Disability for our team members.  The coverage levels vary based on the position.
       
  • Vacation:
    • We recognize that our team members have a need for time away from work, and offer a substantial vacation package.
       
  • 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan
    • Graves Hotels.Resorts offers full time team members the opportunity to enroll in a 401(k) plan for your retirement savings.  We also provide a company match to our team members.
